Benita is the heart of BJC Europe. Her commitment to delivering the right solution for each individual client drives the ethos of the company. Benita is an experienced business change manager, having delivered many large-scale transformation programmes across European and international borders.

A qualified rugby referee, Benita believes that the skills required in business are the same as those required on the pitch - creating the right environment for a team of individuals to work effectively together towards a common goal.

Married to Christian, an artist from Marseille, Benita speaks fluent French and German. Their family is completed by two small children, who help ensure that life is busy at home as well as in the office. Benita enjoys entertaining friends at home and is renowned for dancing in her kitchen.

Crawford has a wealth of experience in Strategic Change Management and Business and Systems Programme Management. He has a keen analytic mind with an eye for detail, complemented by an innovative approach to problem solving and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. He has been described by his colleagues as being "tenacious" in his drive to achieve project goals and objectives.

When not working, Crawford is a keen golfer and could give Tony Robinson a good run for his money... on Timeline, not as Baldrick.

As a result of this background, Matthew has a wealth of knowledge of dealing with constantly-changing and highly-regulated environments. This experience brings a new outlook on the importance of effective and efficient processes to the BJC Europe team.

A renowned party animal, Matthew has an active social life and continues to enjoy sailing whenever possible.

Andrew has excellent leadership skills, which produce a positive and cohesive team approach to all projects he is involved in. Andrew's technical training ensures thorough planning and research underpin all his work. His roles have spanned all aspects of the IT supply chain: manufacturer, distributor and reseller. Andrew divides his working week between business consultancy and developing his passion for art through his stained glass creations. He has promised us that he will create a stained glass version of the BJC Europe "balls", too.

Alan is a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management specialist with many years' experience in the Oil Industry, with both multi-national and small businesses. He has held various senior management positions in Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Technology, operating at national and European level. Alan enjoys playing golf and visiting his son in Barcelona. On his last trip, he should have completed a risk assessment before re-enacting a chase from The Sweeney to retrieve his passport and wallet!
